We were given the task of re-creating a section from a movie called 'The good, the bad and the ugly. We were put into groups of four. Three people had to act out the scene, while one person took shots. Once we had taken the shots, we uploaded the images, and made it into a video, adding titles and editing the lengths of the shots.
The purpose of this task was to become familiar with basic camera angles, such as 'close-ups','extreme closeups' and 'high angle long shots'.
From this task I was able to become familier with some camera angles, and was also introduced to a new programme, on which i learnt how to create a video, and edit it.
If I was to re-create the scene, I wouldn't take as many 'extreme close-ups' as I did. This is because many of our shots taken were identical, which would not keep the viewer captivated. We could have also added some music, to create suspense and to make the video more thrilling.
